Apple Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 12cup unsalted melted butter

 

Directions

  1. Put apples in the bottom of a lightly greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and egg until it looks like coarse cornmeal.
  3. Sprinkle topping over the apples.
  4. Pour melted butter over the entire dish.
  5. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with vanilla ice cream and custard
