International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA Dubai) has won the ‘International Centre of Excellence – Middle East’ and is in the running for the ‘International Centre of the Year’ award.
City & Guilds, a world leader in skills development, has launched a new award to recognise outstanding achievement of City & Guilds centres around the world.
Starting this year, a total of only five ‘International Centre of Excellence’ titles will be awarded to centres across Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Caribbean, Middle East and South Asia.
The award is given to centres that have demonstrated excellence in a wide range of areas including quality of operations, learner experience, and industry engagement. It celebrates the exceptional contribution made by the recipients in strengthening the global recognition of City & Guilds qualifications, highlighting the encouraging influence on advancement opportunities for City & Guilds learners.
Winning centres have been invited to attend the Lion Awards ceremony in London, which is City & Guilds’ most prestigious awards ceremony, recognising best practices in a range of categories.
