Honey Oat Bars
Baking Temp: 160C for 20 min
Portion size: 20 x20cm ring
|Whole meal flour||¾ cup|
|Light brown sugar||1/3 cup|
|Baking powder||¾ tsp|
|Coconut desiccated||½ cup|
- Combine all the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
- Melt butter, add honey and pour into dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pack the mixture into a 20 x20cm ring and bake at 160c for 20 min.
- Remove from the oven, cool and cut into pieces.
