Dynamite Shrimp



For the shrimp

Shrimp 10 pcs

Corn flour  50gms + 50gms

Flour      50 gm

Baking powder 1 tsp

Egg 1pc

Cold water 100 ml


For the sauce

Siracha sauce 2tblsp

Japanese mayo 50ml

Lemon juice Few drops



  1. Preheat the deep fat fryer.
  2. In a bowl mix the flour and 50gms of corn flour, baking powder, add the cold water and egg, whisk together and place in the chiller for 15-20 mins.
  3. Dust the shrimp in the remaining 50gms corn flour and dip in the batter and place in the deep fa fryer carefully as the oil would be hot.
  4. Fry until golden brown and place over paper towel.
  5. To make the sauce, mix all the ingredients together until combined. Add the shrimps into the sauce and toss together.
  6. Serve warm.
