The event brings together everyone within the F&B industry – pioneering equipment manufacturers, vendors, investors, and solution providers, providing ample networking opportunities for anyone aspiring to establish or maintain a hospitality or foodservice enterprise. The show sectors will include a back of house, front of house, and bar/counter.

A first for the region, GulfHost 2017 will showcase some interesting segments and features.

ICCA Electrolux World Chefs Education

With Innovation forming a key focus at GulfHost 2017, ICCA will also deliver valuable education and training sessions for chefs, to discover the latest cutting edge solutions designed to reduce kitchen stress levels, increase productivity and enhance food quality.

It will be presented by an Electrolux Worldchefs Team and World Association of Chefs Societies (WorldChefs) with support from over 40 student chefs of the ICCA.

A dedicated Innovation Corner showcasing the latest technology solutions will include certified workshops on Cook & Chill Techniques, Sousvide Cooking, Chemistry Smoking Food, Food Cost & Waste Management, and Versatility in the Kitchen.

GulfHost 2017 Innovation Awards

The event also sees the introduction of the GulfHost Innovation Awards, to recognise the innovators and disruptors within the hospitality industry. With several categories for both industry and vendors, nominations will be judged by an ICCA-curated panel of industry experts and consultants.

Within the entries received the judges will be looking for evidence of championing techniques, products, and technologies that have added value or a new dimension to the F&B industry.

Spread over three days the event takes place from September 18-20, 2017 and is co-located with DWTC’s established niche food events – The Speciality Food Festival, Seafex Middle East, Yummex Middle East, and The Hotel Show.

See you there.
