Ingredients and Quantities
- 2 Golden delicious apples (cored)
- 1 Fennel bulb
- 100 g baby spinach
- 1 Lime (peeled)
- 1 Handfull of ice
- 200 ml of fizzy Mineral water
Method of Preparation
- Blitz everything together and serve in really chilled tall glasses. If you like your smoothies not as thick then just add more mineral water .
