Tuesday’s with Marco: Ginger Ninja Smoothie

Ginger Ninja

Serves 2


2 medium oranges (peeled)

60 g carrots, peeled and sliced

10 g Fresh ginger

20 leafs of fresh mint

10 ice cubes

200 ml of fizzy mineral water (chilled)

Add all ingredients and blitz until smooth. Pass through a strainer and serve in a chilled glass. Enjoy.

Some of his other achievements include, being a long standing food stylist for Michelin star Spanish restaurant, Reeds. He has also been featured on Radio Scotland and some of UK's Food Channels.
