Tuesday’s with Marco: Golden Pineapple Smoothie

Golden Pineapple Smoothie

  • 8 slices of fresh pineapple
  • ½ Lemon Peeled
  • 2 Golden Delicious apples (cored)
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
  • 1 Banana
  • Handful of ice
  • 300 ml of mineral water

Blitz everything together and check for consistency; if you like your smoothie not as thick then adds more mineral water. Pour into very tall and chilled glasses .

Some of his other achievements include, being a long standing food stylist for Michelin star Spanish restaurant, Reeds. He has also been featured on Radio Scotland and some of UK's Food Channels.
