Herbal Turmeric Tea

|Star anise||2 no.|
|Lime zest (grated)||¼ tsp|
|Turmeric powder||1 tsp|
|Cinnamon powder||¼ tsp|
|Mint sprig||1 no.|
- Boil water with star anise, turmeric powder, cinnamon powder and honey. Simmer well to infuse.
- Add the lime zest, and leave for a few minutes to infuse.
- Strain into a cup and garnish with mint.
