As the sun sets and the muezzin’s call for the evening prayer rings out, signifying the end of the day’s fast, my mind races back to the childhood memories of the place where I grew up. Ramadan was the month of fasting and feasting coming alive with the sights and smells of a wide range of mouth-watering savouries and sweets; that would tempt lovers of good food to devour a bit extra than their normal appetite.

Living in Dubai, away from home, the one thing that I missed the most was this food extravaganza that always came along with the Holy month. Not anymore. Not since I joined ICCA. Here every day is a feast day. After all, it is a culinary school, which is ranked amongst the top 10 in the world.

If you are inclined to make use of your penchant for cooking and pursue a career as a world-class chef, or simply want to pursue cookery as a hobby and learn new cuisines. Be it making the perfect pizza to baking the finest bread…From melt-in-your-mouth chocolates to churning the creamiest gelato… For those who find comfort in coffee to those who have a love for cakes or anything sweet…From rigorous hands-on training at everything gourmet to the delicate and fine art of sugarcraft. ICCA has the requisite accreditations, recognition and strategic partnerships with the best in the world to bring you the expertise right here in Dubai.

You could come here alone, with a friend, your spouse or your work team, for an experience that is going to be as tantalizing as the dish we serve up. For whenever there is a mention of the ‘Food’ word, we are confident that you will want to come back to us for more.

Am I satiated? Most certainly!
