Unicorn doughnut



Ingredients Quantity
Butter milk 1/3 cup+1tbsp
Melted butter 3 tbsp
Flour 1 cup
Salt 1/4th tsp
Baking powder 1tsp
Sugar 1/4th cup


Food colouring

2 tbsp1pc





  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in the bowl.
  2. Separately mix the wet ingredients in bowl.
  3. Combine both together.
  4. Divide the mix into 6 portions and add different colours to them.
  5. Line the donut moulds with butter and flour.
  6. And spoon different colour mixtures into the mould
  7. Bake them at 160*c for 10-12min.

Once cooled, glace them with fondant icing.

In her journey as a Pastry Chef she has traveled to Switzerland and Malaysia, to work with world class master-chefs.
